Two new 'Dispatches' from the Comparative Labor Law & Policy Journal


The Comparative Labor Law & Policy Journal​ has recently published two new Dispatches:
Germany - "EU law requires working time recording: Consequences of the ECJ-ruling in the case 'CCOO' for member states and especially Germany" by Thomas Klein and Dominik Leist
and
Spain - "Contradictory decisions on the employment status of platform workers in Spain" by Alberto Barrio

These Dispatches are available on open access on the website of the Journal: https://cllpj.law.illinois.edu/dispatches.
